Terms of use

By using ExpoYar you accept these terms. They may be updated; the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.

Accounts

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number.
• Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter.
• Accounts that misuse the platform (bulk messaging, false information, attempts at unauthorized access) are suspended without prior notice.

Exhibitors

• Company information (name, national ID, CEO) must be genuine. The "verified" badge is shown only after review by an administrator.
• Virtual booth content (images, videos, catalogues, products) must belong to the exhibitor or be licensed for publication, and must comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
• Each exhibitor's virtual booth price is set in a personal quote and is valid until its deadline.
• A virtual booth is activated as soon as payment is confirmed and stays available until the end of the period on the invoice; an SMS renewal reminder is sent before it ends.

Organizers

• Listing an exhibition requires a valid organizing licence and is reviewed before publication.
• The organizer is responsible for the accuracy of dates, venue and hall plan, and for informing exhibitors of any changes.
• Bulk SMS may only be used to inform exhibitors of the same exhibition about matters related to it.

Payments and refunds

• All payments are made through licensed bank gateways and recorded after the bank confirms them. The amount is always calculated from the issued quote.
• If money was taken from your account but the payment wasn't recorded, the bank returns it within 72 hours.
• Refund requests are reviewed through a support ticket. After a refund, the virtual booth is deactivated.

Side events

Event capacity is limited and registration is first come, first served. If an event is cancelled, registrants receive an SMS and a notification.

Content ownership

ExpoYar's design, software and aggregated data belong to the platform. Booth content belongs to the exhibitors, and ExpoYar is licensed only to display it.

Liability

ExpoYar is an information service and is not a party to transactions between visitors and exhibitors. Changes to exhibition dates or cancellations are the organizer's decision.
