Privacy policy

What information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Information we collect

  • Your mobile number, to sign you in and send related SMS messages (sign-in codes, application status, reminders).
  • Company information that exhibitors and organizers enter themselves.
  • Messages you send to booths, including your name and phone number, only for that booth.
  • Anonymous visit statistics: booth visit counts with a one-way daily identifier; raw IP addresses are not stored.

What we don't store

  • SMS sign-in codes are deleted after use and never appear in any log.
  • We never receive card details; payment happens on the bank gateway's page.

Who can see your information

  • A message you send to a booth is visible only to members of that company.
  • An organizer sees only the applications for their own exhibitions.
  • Support staff can access your account information to answer tickets, and all administrative access is logged.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted, sessions are kept on the server and can be revoked, and sensitive data is encrypted at field level. Administrative accounts use two-step verification.

SMS

You can turn off exhibition and event reminders in My account → Notification settings. Essential messages (sign-in codes, payment status) are always sent.

Deleting your data

To delete your account and data, send a request through a support ticket. Financial records are kept as required by law.
